They include Dagoba "New Moon" Rustic Grown Organic (74%), which was, umm, rustic; El Rey "Apamate" Venezuelan Single Bean Carenero Superior (73.5%); Valrhona "Le Noir Amer" (71%); and Sharffen Berger Jamaica a l'Ancienne (71%), which had cacao bits in it as well...
